Devsinc is looking for a Senior Data Scientist for Its Lahore office.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
5-7 years of professional experience in Data Science, with a strong Python and Machine Learning foundation.
Familiarity with NLP/NLU/NLG models, including LLMs, NERs, Sentiment Analysis, and Topic Modeling.
Extensive experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques and their real-world application.
Proficient in data acquisition, cleaning, manipulation, and statistical data analysis.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, along with experience using data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
Knowledge of cloud-based ML services like AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Azure Machine Learning.
Basic experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Airflow, Kubernetes) in ML workflows.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work proactively across teams to address challenging data problems.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Lead and support research and analysis of complex unstructured and semi-structured data to extract actionable insights.
Develop and implement innovative machine learning models and algorithms to improve accuracy, and efficiency, and reduce costs.
Present complex data analysis results and trends to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Optimise algorithms for computing time and memory usage, ensuring scalability across distributed, clustered, and cloud-based environments.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and best practices.
Perform additional duties as required to support the team and the company's objectives.
Assist in identifying and evaluating new opportunities for AI/ML contributions within Entrata’s long-term roadmap using innovative and forward-thinking approaches.
