As the Head of B2B Sales, you will be responsible for driving our business development efforts, expanding our client base expanding our client base, and providing Staff Augmentation. You will lead a high-performing team of sales professionals, develop strategic sales plans, and foster key client relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the IT/Software Services based Industry
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of B2B Sales professionals, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to achieve individual and team goals
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to expand our market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring our solutions meet or exceed their expectations
- Implement and refine sales processes, tools, and metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to guide product/service enhancements and sales strategies
- Accurately forecast sales revenues, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to the executive team
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve sales objectives within budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales leadership, ideally in IT/Software Services based Industry
- Strong connections with IT/Software Services based companies located in UAE mainly
Experience with Staff Augmentation is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Willingness to travel as necessary
