We are looking for a proficient DevOps Engineer with exceptional sales capabilities to fill the role of DevOps Lead. This role involves overseeing infrastructure management, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments. Additionally, the DevOps Lead will actively participate in sales calls, deliver solution presentations, and contribute to deal closures. The ideal candidate should possess a harmonious blend of technical expertise and sales acumen.
 
Responsibilities:
● Oversight of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure management.
● Diagnose and resolve system performance challenges.
● Collaborate closely with the sales team to capitalize on client opportunities.
● Participate in sales calls and facilitate demonstrations.
● Cultivate and nurture client relationships to ensure their longevity.
● Propose and develop innovative solutions.
● Assure the punctual delivery of projects.

Requirements:
● Demonstrated proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, and cloud
technologies.
● Profound programming and scripting proficiencies.
● Exceptional communication skills and adeptness in interpersonal interactions.
● Prior experience in sales or business development would be advantageous.
● Capability to work autonomously while effectively managing multiple concurrent
projects.
● Willingness to undertake travel for sales meetings as and when necessary.
