Responsibilities:
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role within the IT industry.
  • Possess a strong proficiency in MS Excel, particularly in the areas of data analysis
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.
