Devsinc is seeking a skilled Upwork Specialist to manage our presence and activities on the Upwork platform. The Upwork Specialist will be responsible for optimizing our profile, finding and vetting freelancers, managing projects, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Upwork's features and functionalities, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successfully managing projects on the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize our Upwork profile to attract top freelancers.
- Ensure that the profile accurately reflects our company's strengths, values, and offerings.
- Implement best practices for profile visibility and ranking.
- Source, vet, and onboard freelancers with relevant skills and experience.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for specific projects.
- Maintain a roster of reliable freelancers across various disciplines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Post clear and detailed project descriptions on Upwork.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to freelancers throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an Upwork Specialist or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Upwork's platform, features, and best practices.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
