Devsinc's sales team is growing quickly and needs a passionate, data-driven Sales Development Representative/Account Executive. As an SDR you’ll help the team find sales or business opportunities for Devsinc's developers to work with high-growth software companies around the world and specialize in finding and engaging high-quality prospects over LinkedIn, Phone, Email, and Voicemail.

Responsibilities:
Utilize a variety of lead generation techniques, including but not limited to cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking events
Generate qualified leads by prospecting the list of ICPs, identify needs, and create an opportunity for the prospect to meet with sales lead over DCs
Make targeted researched-based outreach through outbound calls, cold emails, and messages via the LinkedIn sales navigator
Ideally set 1-3 DCs per day to help generate a sales pipeline
Responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities, particularly through outreach
Utilize sales CRM i.e (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) to track lead interactions and progress through the sales funnel
Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/DCs scheduled and deals closed
Research companies to identify decision makers specifically (CEO, CCO, CTO, CMO)
Maintain a healthy pipeline and clean database of Devsinc’s ICP universe

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in sales development, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support is highly desirable
Measurable experience with a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, or reducing the length of sales cycles
High threshold for working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment – figuring it out and adapting as you go
1-3 years of experience in prospecting, cold calls, and email reach out, or any other customer-facing and business development roles in SMB/SME markets
Has a hunter mentality. Prefers to find new contacts and companies to close rather than nurturing current clients or managing relationships
Enough tech-savvy to be able to work with the latest outreach tools i.e. (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, G-suite, Sales CRM
Exceptional communication skills with advanced level English proficiency
Must have experience in leveraging all methods of prospect touchpoints including cold calls, emails, and social selling
Willingness to work across different time zones when required with flexible hours
