As a Counselling Psychologist at Devsinc, you will play a crucial role in promoting the mental health and well-being of our employees. You will provide confidential counselling services, support, and guidance to help individuals navigate personal and work-related challenges. This position requires a compassionate and skilled professional who can create a safe space for employees to address concerns and develop strategies for personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct confidential one-on-one counselling sessions with employees to address personal and work-related challenges.
- Provide support for stress management, anxiety, depression, work-life balance, and other mental health issues.
- Respond promptly and effectively to crisis situations, offering immediate support and appropriate interventions.
- Collaborate with internal resources and external partners to ensure a comprehensive approach to crisis management.
- Develop and facilitate workshops and training sessions on mental health topics, stress reduction, and resilience.
- Collaborate with HR to provide education on employee assistance programs and available resources.
- Work closely with HR, management, and other departments to create a supportive and psychologically healthy work environment.
- Provide consultation on organizational development initiatives and policies related to employee well-being.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions.
- Provide regular reports on employee engagement with counseling services and recommend improvements or enhancements.
Qualifications:
Masters in Counseling Psychology, Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
Any additional certifications are a bonus!
