Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Organizational Development Specialist to join our team at the Lahore office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading various aspects of organizational development, including training and development, competency design, performance evaluation systems, policies management, succession planning, individual development plans, and change management interventions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Prepare training calendars tailored to departmental needs and objectives.
  • Conduct job analysis to identify core and functional competencies required for various roles within the organization.
  • Design and implement performance evaluation systems, including the development of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage and update organizational policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement succession plans to ensure smooth leadership transitions and talent pipelines.
  • Create individual development plans to support employee growth and career advancement.
  • Lead change management interventions and communication strategies to facilitate organizational change initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of training and development principles, competency design, performance management, and change management processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful organizational development initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
