Customer Success Officer:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Success Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with our valued customers, particularly hotel General Managers or Owners, to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
As a Customer Success Officer, you will:
- Communicate effectively with customers in fluent English and possess a good accent to build rapport and address their needs promptly.
- Act as a problem solver, demonstrating creative thinking and a passion for resolving customer issues efficiently.
- Be a quick learner, capable of understanding the technical aspects of our products, including scheduling files by accessing Property Management Systems during customer calls.
- Strive to achieve results within one or a few calls, demonstrating confidence and professionalism throughout the interaction.
- Exhibit confidence and clarity in English communication with customers, avoiding stuttering or hesitation.
- Possess exceptional searching skills to quickly access relevant information and provide accurate solutions to customer inquiries.
- Have a minimum of 6-8 months of experience dealing with international calls, preferably in a customer-facing role.
