As a Technical Acquisition Specialist at Devsinc, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional technical talent to support our projects. Your primary focus will be on recruiting developers skilled in .multiple technologes, preferably full-stack. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process while upholding Devsinc's commitment to quality and excellence.
 
Responsibilities:
·       Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
·       Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within Devsinc.
·       Post job ads in digital media i.e. (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Rozee and in other available local job boards) for all the open position.
·       Manage the recruitment of qualified applicants for open positions and ensure that hiring standards are followed.
·       Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage and track the entire recruitment process.
·       Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
·       Maintain a positive candidate experience during all stages of the process.
·       Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to make informed hiring decisions.
·       Think out of the box and come up with the most effective methods of recruiting and attracting candidates.
 
Requirements:
·       Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (preferably HR).
·       1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting within the IT industry (no freelance).
·       Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
·       Experience in hiring developers familiar with .Net, MERN, AI/ML, Python and DevOps.
·       Strong verbal and written communication skills with high proficiency in English.
·       Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
·       Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
·       Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
